Bai Ji CAIPS notes mangva ke dekho. Ottho shayad pata lagg jau visa officer de comments da but je tuhadda delay security related issues karke hai ta eh information excluded ve ho sakdi aa.

Most probably your file has been transferred to CSIS (Canadian Security and Intelligence Services ) jado tak CSIS vaale positive report ni dende tad tak CIC visa issue nai kar sakde . Usually they take files randomly for CSIS Checks . You can order GCMS but as harry paaji stated , GCMS might only have limited information but kuch information jaroor hoyegi .

Seniors/Experts/Canadian PR Holders Smiley
Have following questions if any know know.

1) myself and spouse received PR Visas on our passports but our 4 month old who is an american citizen (with american passport) did not, though we all received COPRs. Did CPP-O forgot to put a visa or they generally don't put it for infants/kids?

2) As we have a 4 month old baby i was thinking myself alone can complete the landing procedure at toronto and then come back after applying for SIN and Health Card
a. can i apply for all family member SIN's or just for me?
b. can i apply for my health card and come back...so that when we migrate after 3-4 months i have a health insurance?
c. can i apply for my spouse and infants health card along with mine so that they have health card in 3-4 months ...by the time they migrate? Currently it takes 3 months to get a health card in Ontario.

Please help.

@ Harvinder your answers are as following.

1. Your kid holds a visa exempt nationality, visa is not placed in passports of people holding such nationalities. COPR is more than enough to complete landing.

2. You can do the landing alone this time but make sure all other family members complete the landing procedure before their visa finishes.
a. Only for you.
b. Depends on the province you chose to land.
c. No they have to be physically present.

2b. i am planning to land @ ontario. They have some criteria which says you need to present for some days etc which is very vauge and made me confused.

Harvinder ji , harry_ aussie has very correctly answered all ur questions .

Shall i be permitted to add that whenever rest of ur family member enters Canada, make sure to keep birth certificate of the child with other travel documents,namely PPT +COPR OF UR SPOUSE FOR THEIR PRODUCTION TO IMMIGRATION OFFICER AT POINT OF ENTRY.

What would be the implications/effects of this move?
In how much time would i get the MEDICAL REQUEST & finally visa?
Will the overall processing time increase or decrease?

My file details are as follows -

I applied for MPNP in Dec 2012 (02.12.2012).
Got my LOA 23.06.2013.
My application was transferred to NEW DELHI on 18.01.2014 (I got an e-mail from them).
My ecas status says APPLICATION RECEIVED on 04.11.2013.
