Sarabjit bai ji, rejection nu naa jaffiya pao. Tussi NDVO toh apply karna te eh visa office sabb toh kutta hai. Bada aukkha hai ke tuhadaa study toh pehla da experience NDVO count karrega. Ho sakda hai ke count karr lainn but uss lai tuhadde koll kaafi saalan da experience te tuhaddi age v jayada honni chahidi, mey be fer tuhannu navi trades category vicch consider karr lainn. Eh gallan sab kehan nu saukiya laggdiya but paper tuhannu bade soch samajh ke bannaune painne te skill assessment ve karrauni painni.

Hi Guys

I had asked this question previously too, I hope that I get my answer.

As you can see my profile info, I am currently on WP (with +vs LMO) on Permanent Job as a Consultant in Toronto, Canada. Latest GCMS notes tell me that my file has been transferred to CPP Ottawa in October. I am hoping that I get PR by April next year as for this category, it does not take more than a year (as per current statistics)

My Questions:
1. I am getting married in India this year and I know it is not possible for my wife to come immediately with me. To update CIC, I may have to send the details of marriage etc. Will CIC ask me to add her as my dependent in the IMM0008 form? If Yes, I believe, she may also get PR along with me. Is this true?

2. Is it possible for her to come to Canada before PR? Probably on Work visa (my dependent) or Study Visa? She wants to do her masters here upon arrival and is working towards it.

Everything is possible , try for WP or Study Visa if you don't wanna wait!Anyways, study visa is good for landing but MSc karnaa sirf time n money wastage hai(nothing offensive, my opinion) , ethhey aa kay sirf professional degree/diploma (the one which is in high demand) hee karnaa chahida hai, main ethhey PhD kiteey (from Canadian universities, in all streams e.g science, arts etc) bahut sarrey people nu jandaa jehdeey odd jobs kardeey nay, n jay ohnaa nu apnee field dee job mildee v hai taan sirf 30000-40000 CAD de

PNP to baad PR layi apply karna te Birth certificate chahida but birth certificate te mera naam nahi hai, so translate karwa leya but ohde te naam wali jagah khaali chadd ti, parents ne affidavit vi banwa leya ke i am there only son te date of birth eh aa , birth certificate registration number eh aa. is that good enough ?

main naal apna grade 10 da certificate vi laa dau te naal canada ch affidavit laa dau ke mere birth certificate te naam nahi hai but this is my date of birth.

consulate to issue karwaon ch atleast two weeks lagg jange te je india ch new birth certificate banwaona ta do mahine.

please advise.

Where r U? In india or abroad? If in India, then it is not a biggy man, "money makes the mare go" try it, bus pocket khol daao, and then c the result, no need for any affidavit or anything, don't waste ur time.

U know 5500 INR is equivalent to 100 CAD which you will make in just 3-4hrs after landing here, so don't worry!

bai g pnp programs wich experience nomination to pahla check hunda hai k nomination milan to baad cic check kardi hai. je pahla check hunda hai a cic sirf medical,pcc and educational certificates hi check kardi hai sirf
