I m 25 yr old and student here doing post graduation and want to apply for visitor visa to visit my sister and brother in law. One year back i applied it also but got rejected as they told me that i didnt fulfill the requirements that i will come back to punjab even after showing that i m bonafide student of the university and shown my semester fee slip too. Kindly please guide me how i can satisfy them that i will surely come back..what should i do???

URGENT PLEASE GUIDE ME....I returned from Canada, i was on student visa, did not complete master's degree left in-between and returned in 10 month (visa was for 27 months), can i appply PR (federal immigration) application from INdia. will they reject my application ? please guide me.
