Im going to land in January end,so all preparations are going on.
Regarding ur brother,1st AOR means CHC has recieved his file but no assurance of visa yet.
Applicants with file transfered on around 7th March 2010 are getting med request OR change in status.
If status is IN PROCESS then visa assurity is around 80 %.
But if he gets Medical request ,then 100% visa.
Im nt worried for his fake experience coz that is a concern only if CHC verifies his exp by calling college.
So if CHC calls college ,be ready to give them some sort of verification regarding him.
Dont mind,but ur brother is not the only one with fake exp.There are tonns of such persons,infact they are in Canada on PR.
When was his file transferred to CHC
This will help me to guide u better.
And there is no issue of HOW many 4131 will go as there was not cap on CHC,so all will fly.
