Guys n Gals need your help.

i got my PCC when i applied to CIO . it was valid when i applied.

i got my AOR in 5 months on 20th of oct.

but my PCC expired on 19th of oct. one day before i got my AOR.

NOw i want to know is wether can i send my complete docs with same PCC or do i need to get a new one...


i did email CIC london and their reply was.

"the police certificates must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your immigrant / visa application."


so what do they mean do they take submission to CIO as visa app date or do they take the date on which complete package is sent to visa office requested ?? plz guide

warm Welcome in this forum,I think you should send a new PCC ,because if you send the expired one again. they can ask for new one .

BDSEC = Background and security (Pending)
MEDEC= Medical decision (Pending)
OREQ= Other requrrements
FINDEC= Final decision
Paper file sent to storage area and will be opened by AP on 19/11/10.

Surjit Patar sahab di ghazal "Kujh Kiha Te Hanera Jarega, chup riha te shamadaan ki kehan ge" hi yaad aa gyi.

Wakai, baki saare threads ohi questions, replies, tensions, triumphs, frustration diya fikraan naal bhare-peete hoye ne, par ithe da gaan-paani bada halka-fulka kar dinda hai.

Baaki saare "alerts" lai thanks....Hun te kaafile vich aa hi gyaa haan, appan vi saare mittran de rang vich dhal jawange..!!

Its Ok buddy, u can send the old one , they will not gonaa ask u for new as it is getting experied after the submission ( or even after document request) of application at CIO , the relative date of expiry is considred with CIO submission and not with CHC! 8) Go ahead with the old one without any hesitation , Best wishes !

22g thonu dasiaa taan haigaa kee most of the time ``senior visa officer`` file recheck kardaa hai before sending medical request (medical request ohdee consent naal hee issue hundee hai), so it is not so strange kee thonuu ohnaa nay medical request daa jawaab ditaa( probably ohnaa nay ohh jawaab on the basis of junior visa officer day decision tay dita hovaay, who probably passed your file in his assessment), I know their working very well so these kind of replies are expected sometime!

Ghabraao naa thodaa medical as well as visa aao gaa, aaoo gaa n aaooo gaaaaaa!

Baakee Canada baareey sochaan dee lodd naai hai, ethhay land karoo tay hissab kitaab vaikhoo, fir dimaag laaioo, pehlaan kahnuu time n energy waste kardaay oo!
