Hi hunker....
M bit confused...plz solve my query regarding Employer reference letter:

My current employer has not given me reference letter explaining job duties. He just wrote that I do patient management in various clinical departments(He said it explains all the duties of a dentist).I tried to convince him but failed.

Now Plz suggest me what should I do? whether I should write an explanation or I get a reference letter(letter of recommendation) from my senior colleague?

Get the 2nd one.
I dont think EXPLANATION METHOD works in CHC otherwise there might be tons of file with such cases

main koi ref letter nai peji bcz mere kise v colliuge ne nahi peji c ....employer nu reason dasna penda hai they only issue us Ref letter if we leave a job

but i was having more than 50 documents to support my employment ....hope that works ....

Also,Employer is my uncle,So main likhta te ohna sigh karte,

Is not there anyone with the same power who can issue u the Ref Letter

FOR INSTANCE,in my college REF LETTER could be issued by PRINCIPAL,HOD ,CHAIRMAN or MANAGEMENT's members
So there are numerous options,

bhaji pcc te marriage certificate monday nu apply karna hai.canadian relative nu mail payi hai ohna de documents layee, they will be available in a week. bhaji marriage certificate lain da ki procedure hai n how much time it will consume.

-Duly field 'Schedule D' form avialable at the Suvdha Center of Concerned Tehsil office else can be obtained from the document writer.
-6 Affidavits from parents of both the spouses.
-Photographs taken at the time of marriage as a proff.
-2 Witnesses MC or government employee will do with I.Cards
-attested photocopy of both Passports

All these documents are to be produced before the marriage registration authorities cum Tehsildaar.
