Hi der...
I have to send documents to ND CHC. and i had claimed points for relative(uncle) as well. but presently for last one yr he is in india and will go back in OCTOBER only. but i have to send documents by 15july(120days).
So i'll not be able to send his current credit card invoices, bills or any other documents which should be less than six months old showing his address.
So my query is- what documents other than PR card and landing papers should i ask him(uncle) to give me for sending them to CHC ND???????

you have to send scans or photocopies of folloing docs;
1 his SIN no.
2 passport [canadian]
3 telephone/electricity/ bill
4 bank statement [his account] [of last 4 months will be sufficient]
5 imp---document showing that he is ur relative i.e.any doc.that shows his parent's reltion to yours---like marriage cert.,birth cert,any degree copy....

many embassies in New Delhi get their varification done personally,,,like sending someone to the site,,,,,,,,,,,canadian high commission in singapore also does that,,,,,,,,,,,but being specific about" CHC NEW DELHI",,,,,,,,,,i have nt heard of anyone coming from CHC new delhi in recent times,,,,,,,,,please try to comment,,,,,,,,,,in case the telephone numbers are nt working

I just received a call from home ....k police aale aye c ghare ...they just wanted to verify wethr my sons passport was cancled ...they took copy of canceled PP and some other docs ...........police ala apna aadi c lol

Tension na lay veer. Agar verf honi hundi taan ho jandi hun tak,Just delay ho reha in some cases SO B +ve.

In fact, Canada wale PHYSICAL verf, karde main nai sunne
BUT AUST & UK wale karde ne.
They come usually on INNOVA TAXI,so yellow plate hundi hai.
Next,if they will come on Embassy's vehicle then number plate will be blue.
Puchi na kive patta hai, Just note it.

Canadian Embassy Manila Processing Time Delay

Recently, a number of our clients has been wondering why they do not receive notice from the Canadian Visa Office-Manila even after the 45 days processing time indicated on their acknowledgment letter. This of course makes most of them worried about their application.

Are you in similar situation?

You shouldn't worry if there's a delay, it has nothing to do with your documents. Give it 2 weeks alloance before you make a follow up. There seems to be delay in processing due to volume of applications the visa office is reviewing.

The new acknowledgemt letter we received recently indicates a different processing time.


Processing Time:

Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category in which you have applied are finalized in an average of 6 to 12 months in our office. If you have not received any instructions from this office within 90 days from the date of this letter, please contact us directly and inform us of this.



That used to be 45 days.

The same thing is true with those who have submitted their original passports, waiting for their visa. It used to be returned with 2-3 weeks. But now, it takes longer.

“We will make our best efforts to have your passport(s) returned to you with your visa(s) within 90 days from their receipt at the Embassy. You should not make any plans to travel to Canada until you are in possession of your passports and the required visas.”



Processing period remains to be 6-12 months from the time the Visa Office received your application with supporting documents, after assessment from Centralized Intake Office.

So there. That explains why there is a delay. Avoid unncessary stress. It's not you, it's the embassy. ;-)

BIG CONFUSION..SHOULD WE WITHDRAW OUR CASE OR TAKE THE CHANCE.?!

i am in DO OR DIE SITUATION..PLZ HELLPPP.!!!!!!

lemme explain my whole case......

wen v filed r case back in jan, v claimed 70 points..
edu-20
exp-15
age-10
spouse-4
ielts-16
blood relation-5

bt now as r date of submission to chc delhi is approaching 2 big issues have emerged..

one is regarding experience..
at the time of filing r case, i was having 6 months experience from my past employer and 11 months experience from my present employer with which i am still working..so at that time i added my past employer's experience to get the 15 points for 1yr+ exp.
bt now my past employer has not given me the satisfactory documents required..like my job title is not the same although they agreed at that time..but they have given us the required job duties justifying my NOC4131..their reason also looks quite genuine as they dont use the lecturer title in their college..bt the other problem is that thy didnt agree to show my annual salary/annum as they r paying lesser amount than normal..bt i guess these problems can be sufficed by giving covering letter or affidavit..
even i have got my salary cheques with teir college name,stamp and signatures of chairman.

other thing v got to know from sm agent is that the visa office ppl cnsidr total experince till the date of submission of documents to them(VO)
is that right.?! EXPERTS PLZ COMMENT...........

but right now i consider the other issue as the biggest.!!

i.e. the points for blood relation..

my paternal uncle had gotten PR last year(july)
but unfortunately since then he is in india due to some family prob.
and he'l go back in october..and till now he does not have any credit card.income tax statements or utility bills on his name..
one thing he has is a joint a/c with his son(my cousin) in canada but the credit card invoices used to come on his son's name..
and now my cousin 'l be coming to india after mid of this june for few days..so i talked with him today only regarding this issue that if by some means creditcard invoices can be made on my uncle's(his dad's) name..

Seniors Plz give sm piece of advice regarding this very critical issue if anything can be done..

otherwise i am loosing hope and the thoughts of withdrawing my case, have started coming into my mind..
