Bye ji , Anyone can tell me when new Delhi applicants on Sept 2004 ,Would they get visa or medical papers or decision of their application.When same category in Fast track got visa within 8 months.
What is problem to embassy ?What is our fault applying before change of rule?Why do not make it clear?

veerji dec 2003 are being finalized so it may take one year or two

actually i also applied under old system assuming that my case will be finalzied in 6-7 years but after one and half year i received rejection for not mentioning sufficient duties... and that was very sad situation

but later on i applied under fast track .....and now even 2 months are looking like two years ...

last time i prepared myself to wait and was doin so
but this time i am really impatient ......

I stayed in gurgaon for 1 year working there. 2 years i stayed in shariah as well. I am basically from Chandigarh. I asked the gurgaon authorities and they said they give pcc to residents of the area only. So i went to Chandigarh Police Headquarters, filled the form with dates that from when to when did i stay in Chandigarh. So leaving 2 years of sharjah i filled that i had stayed in chandigarh all the while(including 1 year of gurgaon). Got the PCC after 2 days. Sent it to CHC. CHC guys happy. Got my visa.

If anyone had asked from me then "Chandigarh is my permanent residence, so will get PCC from here only"..... 8)

well i have filled my present address(other Than hometown) in my documents to CIO,where they have asked to give detail of addresses after 18yrs.of age. if now i will not include my present address in PCC would it not affect my documentation?????

Hi,

You may be living anywhere at present, but there must be one address which is in your Passport and other official documents (Voter I/Card or Ration Card) (You must be having these things at only one address and at two addressed). PCC will be issued on that basis and not on the basis of your present (temporary address).

I think it must be clear now. Otherwise seniors are welcome to comment.

Main Apply keta hai April vich....So wht all documents are required after first AOR.

Can you pls complete the list.

1. Original Qualification certificates of applicant. (transcript is only required if degree is not in English)
2 Original Qualification certificates of Supose.
3. Original or notrized experince letter last three employers.
4. Marriage certificate and photos.
5. Police clearance certificate.
6. POF
7. IELETS da result ve.

Pls correct me if i have missed something.

POF : Bank certificate is required or Bank statement of last three months. pls clarify.

yaar eni tention kyon le rahe ho tusi,

police will see you Passport and Voter card while issuing the PCC. So, tusi apne passport address wale police Headquarters jao. Fill the forms. Just write that you have been staying here only (THAT's IT). When they inquire tell the constable who comes to inquire that you stay here. there will be 2 neighbors who will be needed to sign as witness to tell the same as you.

But it comes to so, just tell the constable all the truth. and just give him some ****. That's it. He will fill the forms and make the report on his own. and you will have the PCC.
