FOIA Request - US Entry Exit

Still waiting since April 11 for US Entry Exit dates to be completed. I noted it on my RQ and CIT 0520, do I need to contact citizenship Canada to keep them updated on this request. That is my only outstanding item that they had requested. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Show CIC evidence you applied for them. What else can you do? Its up to US CBP to actually send them and neither you nor CIC have any control over what a foreign government does or doesn't do or how timely it complies with it's own FOIA laws.

That was suggested to us to inform Cic about the record delay, which we did, as soon as we received the record we forwarded to Cic and received oath

But for those who face extensive delays from US CBP, IRC/CIC should not hold up their applications indefinitely waiting for a document from a foreign government that may never come.
