Hi I am reallly glad it worked out for you and I feel inspired now. My academic chair is going to write a letter to cic , what can he write to convince them given that moving to college from uni is suspicion in their eyes that I am not able to keep up thanks

he can match the courses to say that uni and college have the same course for whatever diploma/masters you were studying for.

Good point but what about the fact I failed last semester due to my account being locked and when I mailed my enrolment letter to Boarding officer in Hong Kong

I just asked my friend. Read this on cic site, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/processing/cancellation.asp

They have clearly written that they will put everything in CAIPS/GCMS report. Temporary residence also include study permit. Order the report.

Great Hear about ur success ... i think u didnt see earlier my message ... Kindly reply now .

My Visa got refused for Sep 2017 intake .I applied for CAIPS & awaiting the details . But i am identifying my own mistakes what i did in 1st attempt .

1) Opted for a lower course from my current studies . i am a double graduate & as an insane i opted for a 1 year diploma course ... which was related to my current work profile though !!!
2) Didn't attach my employer NOC for the approved leave & joining back date confirmation also .
3) Didn't attach my resume for the support of my selected course .
3) And wrote a pathetic SOP .. which i realized after getting the refusal ..


Now i need help in applying under General category ... Can you please tell me what are the documents requirement under this category ..
And what is the difference between a cover letter and a SOP ..

Awaiting for early reply . Help Help ....
