Hi guys,

I am a Canadian citizen with a Canadian Passport, our baby son also is a Canadian Citizen with Canadian Passport, but my wife is a PR and has a Russian passport.
Can we fly to US or we can only enter US by land ?

Regards

Neither. Your wife requires a US visitor visa to enter the US (regardless of whether it's by land or air). She cannot enter based on her PR status alone. This visa something she must apply for in advance (it's not issued at the border).

Thank you for reply. Before, when PR card didn't exist, we needed a Canadian passport to enter US by air and citizenship card to enter US by land. I guess the rules have changed.

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. Your wife isn't a Canadian citizen - so she has neither a Canadian passport nor a Canadian citizenship card. Whether a PR is allowed to enter the US without a visa is determined based on the passport they hold.
