So those two things are why you have the first point so you need to address that. And you are paying for all your own studies.

Having a brother who is in Canada and will soon be PR gives you weaker ties to India plus your father lives in Kuwait. You have weak ties unless you can show guaranteed employment, investments, properties, family. Having a sibling in Canada is not always a positive thing because then VOs believe you will not return to India.

but this is ridiculous. So in my Letter of Explanation even if i prove investments in India i still have chances of refusal because i have a brother in canada? What do you think are the odds that i would be accepted in my second chance?

Funds are just one part of your profile. Having a brother in Canada weakens your ties to India. Can’t tell you the odds because you have chose flight training where the industry still hasn’t bounced back with many out of work. Assume you have a job to go back to.
