Hi review all airlines web pages at 11pm to 1 am
at that time all airlines clean/ review all reservations time limits and all prices coming down..so you can find cheaper prices

I can give you a hand with helping you finding fares, I'm a travel agent. Where is KSA? I'm not familiar with where that is.. : Are you booking the flight for him from Canada?

I'm not convinced about the myth that booking from 11pm-1am will render you a cheaper fare. Airline fare pricing is about as complex as the universe and the best way to scout out a deal online is to give yourself time to do a lot of research and be ready to jump if you find a fare of your choosing. If you aren't happy with the prices you're finding online, SOMETIMES a travel agency will have access to less expensive unpublished fares that aren't available to the public.
