I applied in july 26 th i got my offer letter on 3rd september i am from delhi and applied for Jan 14 for WIN

so the duration of this course is 2 years right???
or is it like 3 semesters in the first year and applied project in the 1st half of the second year...

i have heard from someone that we have to pay one year fees instead of one semester fees.

Plz let me know what is the actual process.Actual i have paid one semester to the college and received my receipt but i heard that this the rule from canadian embassy. so im just just confused now.
