Hey everyone,

I am hoping to get the condition that I "May not work in childcare, primary/secondary school teachings, health service field occupations" removed from my PGWP. Once I get my medical exam, is it possible to flagpole the border I was issued my PGWP at to get my conditions changed? Or will I have to wait and apply for the condition change via mail?

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Thanks!

Hi there,
I didn't end up flagpoling, I mailed in a paper application instead. I am still waiting to get the new permit back, but my application is still within the processing time listed on the IRCC website so I am not concerned yet.

It's been a while, but I believe that I did, yes. I can't remember if that was required or not, but regardless there is certainly no harm in including them in the application to confirm your eligibility for the PGWP even if you've already received a PGWP.

Did you write other and i want to remove conditions in the detailed description of your imm form because I just met a consultant and they said if you don’t do that then the application is considered a whole new pgwp and takes 4-5 months

I applied online for my work permit after LMIA got approved, i wait 6 months and no response,so I cancelled the online application and i went for flagpole. it was easy, it took me 10 minutes to get WP.
So this thread is to change conditions on your PGWP. What conditions did you change?
