Hi everyone, I hope someone can help with my dilemma. I have received my confirmation of Permanent residency and need to do landing. After recommendations I’ve decided to go to Piece Bridge (Fort Erie). The issue is that I don’t have a car so my boyfriend will drive me. He has PR and waiting for the Canadian citezenship but doesn’t have US visa. Can he even come with me? Will he have issues with US side? Or are there spots close to US border where he can drop me off and wait? Not looking forward to crossing the entire bridge by feet LOL. Please advise if you know the best option for me. Thank you!!

All borders should be same:

Option 1: Ask your Boyfriend to wait in Canadian Border Building and you can drive and do the formalities and be back, unless you don't drive, choose option 2.

Option 2: You don't need US visa for flag polling, you both will get denied entry papers and they will escort you to take u turn and go back.

Thank you very much for your helpful reply! So he won’t get in trouble for crossing US border without any purpose basically? Since I’m the one doing landing? Thank you.

He won't be crossing. You will both get administrative refusals and be turned back around to Canada.

AN UPDATE:
For everyone who is in the same position as I was - don’t worry. We went together (me - no PR and no American visa + my friend with PR and no American visa as well) and there were absolutely no issues at all on both borders. American side took us 10 minutes tops, they let us drive to their office where they gave us the refusal of admission paper and sent back to Canada. Also no issues there, however we spent couple of hours waiting in line in the office, since there were quite a lot of people doing their work permits. Landing is done :)
Good luck everyone!
