Flagpoling for SOWP

Hi All,

I am on ICT and my wife is here with me on Visitor visa. Can I do a flagpole in order to change her status here (SOWP)?

Please Help!

I would be interested to know if you flagpoled for your wife's SOWP?? If yes kindly provide me the details, list of documents you carried and any other important info. My husband is here on study permit and I'm on visitor visa. I'm planning to apply for OWP and was suggested flagpoling. Any help and advice is appreciated. Thank you

DON'T DO IT. There are chances that they may reject your application. Follow the procedure to apply online for SOWP.

Thanks for your reply. But any specific reason?? Was you wife's SOWP application refused at the border? It would be very helpful if you ccan share your experience.

Why do you want to flagpole rather than applying on the cic website legitimately?

Basically one obvious reason is to beat the long processing times for online application.

What happen if they say no that is not the place to do that and go for online application?..
