Flagpoling for PGWP without TRV and US Visa??

I just finished 2 postgraduate certificate from Seneca, which would allow me to apply for PGWP. However, I could not get a job offer since the employer wanted to see my actual work permit. I already applied online but the employer could not wait for 27 days and needed some paper to prove that I can work with any employer while waiting for the result.

1) What are the requirements/ documentation I need to bring for PGWP Flagpoling?
2) How can I cancel my online application if I will do flagpoling?
3) What are the risks? I do not have US Visa and TRV.

dont wrry, u dont need TRV for canada and us visa not needed, as long as you have valid study permit then you are good to go..i had same case as you,, no trv and no us visa but went to a border and got work permit from there....
