Flagpoling at Saint-Bernard de Lacolle

Hello everyone,

has anyone recently done flagpoling at the Quebec border "Saint-Bernard de Lacolle" or "St-Armand/Philipsburg"?

There are rumors that they do processing only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Is this true or can I go there also on a weekend to do flagpoling.
