Is it possible to flagpole to get COPR rather than waiting for eCOPR? My wife got her P2 email today which included the declaration of being in Canada, submitting mailing address and photo for the PR card. Does anyone know if it is possible to flagpole to get COPR at this point? eCOPR timelines are not clear at all and my wife has taken multiple francisation courses. She has been unable to get the financial assistance due to lack of having a NAS/SIN. We applied for an OWP for her in October 2022 but the application was never processed. It would be nice to have her COPR soon so she can meet the deadline to get the financial assistance for the course she is now in before the deadline passes.
