Portal 2 can be quick or slow, lots of variability. It can take a couple weeks and then it can take another week for eCOPR. I forget how long it was for my wife, maybe 2-3 weeks for the whole process. I believe the status of temp work to PR will change upon issue of eCOPR.

It says If not paid yet because it is not required to pay at the time of submitting the application. If you paid everything already then you can ignore that, it only applies to those that waited to pay that fee.

I would suggest raising a webform and/or calling the IRCC call centre.

KAI, webform and email MP. There is no harm in trying them all. I would start with KAI method. If you search 'KAI' in this forum it will come up, there is also info on it in posts in this thread.

We did KAI and webform. I don't think flagpoling works for P2.

my wife had the warnigns and re-did the scans of the photo until there was no warning. Didn't want to risk any extra chance of being rejected.

I just asked if they could expedite the eCOPR process because of a deadline. No idea if it helped or not.

Okay thank you, I had wondered if that was the case. I have been wondering if we could flagpole to get COPR rather than waiting. My wife is approaching the deadline to get the financial assistance from her francisation course and this is her fourth one so it would be nice for her to get that.

Is it possible to flagpole to get COPR rather than waiting for eCOPR? My wife got her P2 email today which included the declaration of being in Canada, submitting mailing address and photo for the PR card. Does anyone know if it is possible to flagpole to get COPR at this point? eCOPR timelines...

Is there a reason a person can't flagpole for COPR rather than waiting for eCOPR? I understand eCOPR has made it so flagpoling isn't necessary. However, if a person has some valid reason for needing COPR sooner, say a job offer, is it possible to anyones knowledge to flagpole rather than waiting?

My wife got P2 today VO Montréal. P1 came 13 May.
