Flag Polling

I did a flag polling to get my work permit , do I need add flag polling information in my "Supplementary information Your Travels" IMM5562E form?

Well, it is a trip where you have left the country, albeit a short one. Form IMM 5562 asks for "all trips [...] outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years". The trip certainly qualifies under that criterion.

I would add it with Length = "Same day" and "Purpose of travel" = "Flagpoling"
