First time filer of TAX as Immigrant

Good Day guys,
Im a first time filer for TAX year 2013. Just wanna ask if I can file it through online or only postal mail?
Im a Quebec resident. Unfortunately I send my Tax Files in a wrong address given by my accountant. ??? Im planning it to file thru online now.

CRA is making it possible for first time filers to use NETFILE this year, so you can do it online. Their website is down today, but it shouldn't be too much longer before it is back up and running.
