First step for Canadian immigration

I want to ask if some one can guide me what is first step to start process of Canadian Immigration as i want to start immigration process?

Hi,
I have recently started my immigration process for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. I had to sit the IELTS (in another country) and have only recently sent my certificates to be assessed in Canada. After I get the official reports of both, I'll be able to create my express entry profile.

You read the requirements on the CIC website as yet?
