I did my flagpole last April 30, 2017 and the officer told me that it's going to be 90 days to get the card. My friends got their PR card in less than 40 days so I thought they're just saying it to be safe. However, its running 55 days and haven't got it. And I need to travel in 20June and comeback July 20.
Having said that, I will be needing to apply PTRD? Is it here before I go or apply it outside Canada? Is it quicker to apply?
