PR card application has been “submitted” for 30 days, but hasn’t begun procession yet. Is this normal?
I submitted my PR card application a month ago, yet it is still stuck in “submitted” - i will be sending an email to the IRCC about this, though i’m wondering if this is common?
the IRCC website said that application statues are updated once it has begun processing - however, i can’t even check my status cause according to the site, it hasn’t even begun processing.
