One July 2014 applicant living in Montreal, QC has just received OWP under the pilot program in the physical mail today. He is Erik Mongrain. The OWP was issued on December 24, 2014 and is valid for two year. FYI: Erik's OWP was issued December 24, mailed out December 29, delivered at his home mailbox in Montreal today January 5 2015. The OWP came from Vegreville, Alberta.

Any idea on their AORs? Are we seeing any pattern with who is getting the pilot-OWP first?

After reading this thread last night I tried calling CIC today and for the first time I got a hard time to get through.... I guess 12x, for the past months I've been so lucky to get through in 1 dial.

I'm also July applicant and received AOR in August, I hope we get ours as well!
