First Name and Last Name interchanged in PR Application

Hi everyone,

I have submitted my Express Entry application in June, got an ITA and started the process of documentation. However, when I was about to submit my PR application on 1st Sep, I saw that my first name and last name are interchanged on the PR application. I immediately checked my Express Entry profile and everything is fine there.
Since the name part is not editable, I raised a technical issue but haven't got any response.
Do you think I should put this as an explanation in my LoE and go ahead and submit my application or is there any other way to get around this?

Hi guys, would require some inputs as my deadline is nearing and some of my documents like PCC might get expired if I wait until the last minute

Mention that in LOE, attach a screenshot of the technical request you raised and submit the application.

I got a very generic email asking me clear my cache, etc., with no actual resolution of the issue. I am going ahead with the LOE and submitting it today. Hopefully, everything goes well.

Have you checked the Modify Family Information section? It should allow you to change your name.
