first file sent to cic nova scotia and they got on 9 sept 2013 plz help noc 3142

My sister has applied for PR under 3142 noc after getting her qualification credeteds done by toronto university , her first file was rescieved by cic in september first week ,but she has not got any thing from the cio yet plz tell me when will se get her uci number or recipt number from them and how long it will take
i am in canada so if i can get any info plz suggest me any site

Well the cap has been reached, no idea of the date. So until she either gets her application returned or an AOR, no one can tell you anything.
