First entry after getting multiple entry visa

Hello,
Just wanted to know , how soon do my parents need to travel, after they receive the visa to Canada? Does the first entry need to be within a certain number of days after the visa is received? My parents can come to Canada, around November this year, but I was planning to get the visa processed next month ,when I will be with them to help them out with the formalities and the medical check up, required for Canadian multiple entry or supervisa .
And then , they could travel after November this year. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Strange question. There is no regulation on when to use an issued TRV as long as it is used before its expiry date.
 
Is there any condition stating that the first entry has to be made before the expiry of the medical? Similar to a COPR?
