Does anyone know when the first draw for ITA will be conducted?

I've come across some posts saying that the first draw will be on the 20th! but haven't seen any CIC links that says so

CIC specifies last week of January, more likely the week starting the 26th .. =D

Could be speculations, CIC website says last week of Jan so could be latest by 27th.
