First attempt study permit Rejected, applied for Second time.

I am an international applicant to the University of waterloo, Canada.
I had applied for study permit with additional 4 requests for temporary resident visa for my family- online through CIC abu dhabi on June 10th 2014
I got my rejection on 29th July 2014 saying I couldnt satisfy the officer with 'purpose of visit'

This time I reapplied from Mumbai VFS on 30th July 2014 with additional documents( statement of purpose, marksheets etc) and This time ALONE.

Category: General.
I am an indian citizen residing in Doha
since I am in India now I applied from here.

do I have any hope. :S

HEY BUDDY i have one question to ask, for the first time u did submitted medical..right ?

So, for 2nd time appliance, did u do the medical again ? Hw did u submitted the medical ?

i applied on 2nd july at delhi vfs under general category paper.........................................hope i'll get visa approved soon.

First time I didn't get medical request.
Direct refusal letter.
and second time since its paper based I would like to know how do they notify us

And yeah I am really worried as there is less time.
I hope they do something :/

3 main forms.
Acceptance letter
Scholarship letter
IELTS certificate - 7.5 bandscore overall
10th cbse result: 83%
12th cbse result: 83%
Dad's 7th month bank statement - Qatar.
A well written Statement of Purpose.

U need that too along with Dad's Financial statements....n hey show them the funds for 5 yrs.....

so thats the reason u were rejected first time i guess.... now in general, GIC aint mandatory...but submitting it would strengthen ur case. I hope u submitted Notorized docs n fathers ITR n form 16 ?

My dad is settled in Doha Qatar along with my family.
he wouldn't have income tax receipts and all probably.

if one submits medical for 1st time..he doesn't need to go for medical again as it is valid for 1year..i have just placed photocopy of medical for 2nd time.
