Hi

After getting visa what is the maximum time to travel to quebec.

Do principle applicant need to travel or spouse /depedent as well


Like in my case I would like to travel for 3 days and come back for atleast 1 year

Everyone needs to travel to Quebec to land (principle applicant and also spouse/dependents). After landing, you must live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 rolling years to keep your PR status.

Your Medical test decide maximum time you have to make your first landing in Quebec. For ex - You took your Medical on 15th Jan 2017 and you got visa on 15th Sept 2017 , then Principal Applicant and dependents have to land before 15th Jan 2018.

Principal Applicant has to land first. He/She can be accompanied by spouse/dependents. Spouse/Dependents cannot land before Principal Applicant.
