Finnaly visa refused !!!

I apply for Seneca college for 3 year diploma in HRM. I have finsd my certificate course on HRM in here, and apply on 18 July from sri lankan embassy .

the reasons was,

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:

length of proposed stay in Canada
purpose of visit
limited employment prospects in your country of residence
your current employment situation
your personal assets and financial status.


Am now working full time in here and i hired iccrc member to process my application even, and i showed 70,000 CAD

any ideas?

Well, certificate course in HRM, foundation course in HRM, G.C.E O/L & A/L IELTS 6.0. WORKING AS A EXECUTIVE IN RELATED FEILD

have you paid full year fee or semester?

yep. paid the 1st semester fee.

you should've paid full year fee. Moreover It makes the case strong. Your course is alright, I think paying a semester fee for 3 years course could be one of the reason of your refusal. If your course was 1 year, then no big deal. But it's a big deal now.

I know it's cliche, but paying a full year fee shows your going to study there, not going to work to pay your fees, if you could show 70000 cad , you could've paid full year fees too.
