Hi Folks,

Quick question, I was requested to provide FP on Dec 08, done those on Dec 13. No update yet on Ecase, sent case query 10 days ago and no reply yet!

usually does it take that long to receive them and update BGC to completed?

N.B: my wife's BGC was changed to completed on Dec 08.

I submitted mine on Dec 30 and no response yet either. Not sure what is going on though, I got a status from RCMP that they mailed the verification on Jan 5th.

When I did mine last summer, it took about a month.

You’ll need to send an email to this address:
ccrtis-scictr@rcmp-grc.gc.ca

you’ll have to provide the following information. In addition to this I also provided TCN and UCI

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• The document control number (DCN) if it is available
• The date of application was submitted to the RCMP
• The type of application you submitted – (Criminal Record check for …)

16TH FEB. I did reach out by email, but no responds from RCMP.

Thanks for letting me know. I still do not trust the system because this is my second finger print, After the 1st one expired and it took them 6 months to update from progress to complete and 2021 back to progress. Now again they have asked. But I am talking about year 2020 which things might have changed from then. Trying hard to be positive.

Thank you for the response. Do we have to submit a webform (or mail letter) to IRCC, stating we have submitted our FPs to RCMP on so so date?

they confirmed that they have sent it to IRCC on Dec 29th.
