What is going to happen if we can not find UNHCR mandate letter that is required for the fingerprints to be taken?

Once you send the fingerprint police clearance certificate how long does it take to reply and do the next process?

Hi Crazywire, Does that consent form work? Do IRCC really obtain PC from Kenya on my behalf if sign?
