I got approval in principle last month, and was required to do fingerprinting before my landing interview can be scheduled. I had it done 2 weeks back ...I have no criminal record ... I was just wondering how long it takes to get the results from immigration.

Someone in CPIC (criminal records) has a similar name and age as the OP. So they want prints to ensure that it is not him/her. I hope that s/he did digital prints at the Corp of Commissionaires (results in a week) rather than paper prints which take 3 months.rorita_76 said:

I did the fingerprint with Commissaire - Inland sponsorship. I called cic customer service last week and was told they can't see anything about it being received, but when I called the officer in charge of my file I was told the fingerprint had been received.
Just waiting for my landing interview to be scheduled now.
