Update for March 8, 2012:
I visited the Garden Forensic Unit office today around noon. I was told that I would be needing a police character certificate from my area police station, copy of passport and copy of CNIC, if I wanted to get the fingerprinting done there.
I was also "referred" to someone at the Kharadar Police Station, who can "take care" of all the requirements in return for some "chai pani". So, I am going to the KPS tomorrow , or not. Depends on my mood in the morning.
But I am thinking of getting an international money order made (for the $36 FBI fee, for 2 copies) instead of sending my signed credit card form. Have already had a bad experience at the time of the initial FSW1 application to CIC, Nova Scotia in Q4 of 2009.
Any advice on that?
Hey checkout my so-called "Canada Immigration Blog" (it's a little thin right now, but will get better.) Its more about the human side of it than the process one.
