Finger printing for spouce applicaion in india

hello friends
my mom is applying for my dad permanent visa,our lawyer told us to get him his fingerprinting done through rcmp as he was in canada before.
my question as he is india whom should he contact to do advance fingerprinting,i know ppl have done this before,just dont know where to start.
please help

What makes you think that they will? RCMP requests are not very common.
