finding work in Canada while waiting for FSW to process

Hi ,

I'm applying got NOC 0213 under FSW. Just wondering , while waiting for it to finish process, is it possible to go to Canada on another visa to look for any job ? I read somewhere about "Canadian experience required" - so wondering if this would help later once I get my PR.

I thinking this way also so I can look around for suitable accomodation for the longer term.

You can go on workpermit, if some company sends you one
Visitor visa : You cant work

It is possible but you would need to have Canada work permit for that.

Same rule ("Canadian experience required") applies for work permit also. If you do any job, I am not sure if that would be helpful when you would look for 0213 category job.

I guess I have to apply before I go - I'm guessing I need to go on a visitors visa and be in Canada for an interview, I get the job only if they sponsor me and get the work permit. Would this be how it works ?
