Finding the correct NOC code for varied experience

Hi
Me an my wife are in the process of filling the EE profile and are a little confused regarding the correct NOC code.
My wife has taught for 3 years and have a B.Ed. and after that 1.5 year as admin manager. But is not working since last 8 month's.
How should we go about the filing

Mention both jobs with relevant NOC.
Add both of them with period of service.
Get experience points for 4 years in total.

Also can you suggest which ECA agency to go for , i have checked CIC website, it has mentioned 5 agencies including WES .

WES is currently not giving master's equivalency to Indian master's degrees, so to have maximum possible points, go for CES or IQAS.
NOTE: WES takes about 2.5 to 3 months for processing, while others can take upto 8 months to assess your education.
