Finding rental premises before landing

Hello everybody. Would be obliged if someone could shed some light on the below mentioned queries.

1. Is it possible to look for a rental accommodation from India, prior to landing in Canada?
2. If yes, any pointers as to which sites can i refer for the same?
3. An idea as to the average cost of such rentals, keeping in mind that a 1 bedroom premise.

Would really appreciate guidance on the same. Thanks in advance.

How much can you afford? Do you want to share living rooms, kitchen, bathroom with other housemates?

Look for safehomestay.com. I have stayed there, it was comfortable.

Thanks for replying. I would ideally not like to share. Moreover i would also be okay with looking at a studio apartment. My budget per month would be around 650 to 800 CAD.
