I need some help with you if I actually in Canada on a tourism visa, what is the legal procedure to apply for a job Thanks.

You would need to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process which most employers are unwilling to do given the cost and time involved for them. Basically they have to pay a 1000 dollar fee and advertise the job to show no resident is available for the job. The whole process can take months.

Is this likely that no hope to find a job with Visitor Visa from inside & outside Canada by ourselves?

the only way that we have to go with an immigration service provider?

There are alot of scams by fake immigration service providers or job placement who promises a work permit and job offer after a sum of money had been paid
