Hello sir
I'm planning to come to Canada this fall (maybe october) for couple months just for visit! I was there 2 times and I spent my time to going at the school for english at ESL for almost 1 year! Now I want to come back there with all my certificate from university "Bachelor degree in Natural Science 3 years" (plus training post-gradution/work experience), letter of reference, all translate into english. I understand that my NOC code is 2121 A or 2211 B. It's 1 year I sent 400 résumé and cover letter and nothing :(!! But someone answered and they said it's hard for them to give me a contract if you are in another country! So I know i can apply directly to the border if i find a job with positive LMO, because I'm from country exempt visa.

So What do you think?? I have some chance to get some contract if I'm there?

Please some advice!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
It is possible but do yourself a favour and learn as much as you can about the LMO process because many of the employers you will talk to will be shy about doing that. They will think it is a big hassle and you have to convince them that it isn't.

Dear Leon,
I hope you will be very well. My question is that ,when i will be in Canada on TRV . What should i do to get
work permit and job offer for my 2oo7 FSW case?
Secondly, i should meet to H.R consultant ,then immigration lawyer. It is right. Moreover, i need your advice
in this matter.
Thanks

If you need a job offer, you should talk to employers or employment agencies. Many employers do not want to be bothered with getting LMO's to get people work permits. If you find an employer who will apply for your LMO and they get it, then you can apply for a work permit. You do not really need an immigration lawyer for that but if you want a lawyer, you can for example talk to the firm that runs this forum. You can consult with them on if your 2007 case will move faster if you have a job offer or what else you can do.
