Finding a company to do ECA for a Trade Qualification

Hi guys,
I am struggling to find a ECA company to give me ECA for my Australian Telecommunications Technician Trade.
Has anybody had this trouble before or does anyone know of a company that will do this for me?

These guys seem to be able to do it for me but will it be accepted in Express Entry under Federal Skilled Worker?

Let me re-phrase that...

Hi guys, I am currently trying to apply for Express Entry through Federal Skilled Worker Program. It seems that I won't be able to get an ECA with my trade of Cert III Telecommunications under Federal Skilled Trades however that's not the path that i'm trying to take(I'm applying for FED SKILLED WORKER). I could possible get an ECA through Comparative Education Service (CES).
Will this company work towards my express entry app or will it not be recognized. I am Australian.
