You could except the link posted does not work and still applies that Canadian employers are reluctant to offer any jobs to anyone not already in Canada.

AFAIK, once you get a PR there's no requirement for LMIA. You can get a job directly once you get your SIN number after landing.

I'm not sure if there is anyone else that would fit Leon's subject above. Yes, i'm the fortunate one - i did get my LMO and now awaiting for the Work Permit. My take is, gor for any route that could bring you closer to your goal. Invest an hour or 2 everyday to look at jobsites (on top of previously mentioned site look at Jobbank.ca)

Sure there is nothing to stop you looking for a job and even attending interviews but do not expect any job offers until you have PR status.
