Is there any alternative to find medical services

No suggestions, just letting you know I just got my medical examination request and it isn't working for me either for the exact same reason. I will probably leave it til tomorrow and see if they have it fixed.

Did you just get your letter through today? For me, when this happened months ago, it was up and running again by the next day.
