Find a job before coming to Canada

Hi,

Is it possible to get a interview call before coming to Canada?

I am planing to Immigrate to Canada and work there. Only for working purpose I need to travel there.
I have 3 yrs of Experience in Java. I am from India. It will be safer if I get the Job before.

Can some one guide me.
