2. You can get your uncle to write a letter (Addressed to the Canadian High Commission. He needs to mention his monthly/yearly income in Canadian Dollars, His designation, company he works for, etc in the letter). Whether or not you get it notarized, isn't that important in my opinion. 3. Ask your uncle to provide six-month bank statement too. That is very important. Income Tax returns for the last 2 years too. Attach those to demonstrate he has the funds to help you with the tuition for your second year and living expenses. Attach this in your application.
