FINANCIALS SUPPORTING FROM UNCLE

HI,
CAN I GET THE FINANCIAL SUPPORTING LETTER FROM MY UNCLE...?
MY PARENTS PAID FIRST YEAR FEES AND GIC... WE HAVE BANK BALANCE BUT NOT CONSISTENT BANK STATEMENTS , SO I WANT MY UNCLE TO SUPPORT ME
WHAT TYPE OF FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO ATTACH ?

Yes, you can get a letter from him saying that he'll sponsor you with the rest of the expenses while you study in Canada. It can be a bank statement, bank draft, fixed deposit or can also be assets (since you've already paid your 1 year fee and gic). The second year funds need not necessarily be liquid funds (but if you can, then well and good).

FROM WHERE I WILL GET THAT FINANCIAL SUPPORTING LETTER ----->FROM BANK OR WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY UNCLE?
DO I NEED TO NOTARIZED THAT LETTER (IF WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY UNCLE)?

1. Please turn off the "caps lock." Typing in capitals = shouting on the internet. Type normally.
2. You can get your uncle to write a letter (Addressed to the Canadian High Commission. He needs to mention his monthly/yearly income in Canadian Dollars, His designation, company he works for, etc in the letter). Whether or not you get it notarized, isn't that important in my opinion. If you can, that's good. If you can't, don't worry.
3. Ask your uncle to provide six-month bank statement too. That is very important. Income Tax returns for the last 2 years too. Attach those to demonstrate he has the funds to help you with the tuition for your second year and living expenses. Attach this in your application.

The letter should be from your uncle, with his sign and it need not be notarized. Also get a bank certificate and a 6-month bank statement of your uncle with attestation.
