Hi Friends,

I was preparing my file and found that it's not stated in document checklist that I need to provide any financial statements such as bank account statements...

Also want to know how many pay stubs should I include?

For my Job letter my hr has provided the reference letter but my job description, benefits and other stuff is included in my letter of appointment. So should I include both of them?

That is because you do not need to provide them.

Only include paystubs if you do not have a T4 & NOA (from either this year OR last year). If you need to submit a pay stub, submit your final one form December as it should show your yearly income to date (i.e. your total pay).

You really need those details on the reference letter, as you will have seen from the documents checklist. If you REALLY CANNOT get it, then yes include the letter of appointment along with an explanation letter of the situation. However, be aware that many people have had their applications rejected because of now having what is required on the reference letter.

My friend told me that on reference letter i need only the details of my period of employment, weekly hours, and annual salary. According to that I asked my HR to make it. Now I think it's going to be tough to get another one.

For my T4, I have it for this year and also the tax return assessment from the last year as I got it on last week only. So, should I submit my last year's assessment and this year T4?

1) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5610E.pdf - the checklist tells you exactly what the ref. letter needs to contain. I advice you try and get a new one before applying.

Letter of appointment isn't what they are looking for. It doesn't confirm you did the job. You have a chance of it being accepted, but it tends to be pretty low - more people being rejected than accepted!

The letter need not necessarily be from the HR. It can be from your Manager / Supervisor but should contain all details required.

No, not required for CEC class.

Hey I got the reference letter from my manager.

I am going to send my file tomorrow.

For the fees, should I pay online or should I fill the form of fee payment.
